A safe and Black-led space to connect with and learn from practitioners of traditional African medicine and researchers from different regions of the continent. We will honor African and Black ancestral lineages and practices, dispelling colonial myths that continue to destroy Black families and communities, and explore how to respectfully and responsibly utilize our ancestral healing practices to address holistic needs of our community.

Community SoundBaths Step into a rejuvenating experience that goes beyond relaxation. The SoundWellness Community Soundbath is a 90 minute immersive and interactive workshop designed to reduce stress, restore balance, and foster emotional resilience—perfect for teams, students, and community groups alike.
Sacred Sessions is returning for a Full Moon gathering featuring @7000COILS this Thursday, July 10 ✨ Opening the portal of sound to offer to community. 🌀 Sacred Sessions is a space centering Black, Brown and Indigenous rest and healing. This sacred session intentions are rooted in renewal, growth and expansion while being rooted in radical love and acceptance. 7000COILS (Lalin St. Juste, KKINGBOO and B Dukes) will transport the group into a mystical realm via acoustic and electronic sound waves. In preparation for the session we’ll have herbal tea and fruit available. Seeking holistic practitioners, musicians, elders, youth, and LGBTQAI+ who are passionate about cooperative economics, holistic health, accessibility, equity, music, inclusion, &/or community organizing. Over 95% of my offerings are free to the public through partnerships with other organizations. This has allowed me to serve 100's of BIPOC folx in the Bay.
Over the last year more than 40 people have received free services, workshops, AND free instruments including tuning forks and crystal singing bowls.
