I have been on an epic healing journey over the winter. The left are my first x-rays from end of Nov and the right are my follow up x-rays from the end of January after around 15 adjustments. I was able to reclaim millimeters in all key areas. My pelvis turned 9 millimeters back into place. There's still scare tissue keeping it from fully connecting to the base of the spine however it's a huge improvement. The curve in my lower back decreased and the most serious curve in my cervical spine is also starting to turn in the correct direction instead of pushing into my jaw and up into my brain giving me a headache that was actually more like a low key concussion. My top vertebrae at the base of the scull aligned with the rest of the spine. This was where the bones were at risk of fusing. I was in phase 3 and if I had waited any longer it would have gotten to phase 4 and been irreversible.
There was also a huge shift with my alignment that my doctors can not account for and attribute to my sound healing work.
I'm grateful to be receiving incredible care from Dr. Cassie at Kaname Chiropractic and am moving on into the 3 stage of my treatment and rehabilitation by building strength and stability. My body is already feeling stronger, I'm able to stand longer than I ever could, my mobility has greatly improved, and I can work more than one day in a row.
This experience has also had it's challenges. I have been an solo entreprenuer for a few years and that means no paid time off, sick leave, or extended sick leave. Insurance doesn't cover chiropractic care and the insured option would have been a surgery that put a rod up my back. I a solo business owner I do everything from this newsletter, bookkeeping, scheduling, marketing, transportation, as well as offering the service.
The suddenness and urgency around my diagnosis left me know other option but to put all of my attention and energy into my healing and this has greatly impacted my business which of course impacts my income. I have not had enough paid work to cover my expenses, have been consistently at least a month behind on rent, I ration myself $100 a week for food, and all of my credit cards are maxed. I'm barely holding on by a financial thread and I need paid work and opportunities to help me financially recouperate.

I developed my Haptic Sound Healing practice to make sound healing more accessible for me to administrate and for others to receive. I use haptic equipment developed by Woojer because the design made it accessible to the maximum amount of bodies types. I produce my own sound healing track using my instruments as well as tones and beats tuned using specific tones and frequencies for healing and wellness. As some of you may know, we purchased 33 acres of property in the small village of Berry Creek/Brush Creek in the Plumas National Forest, northeast of Lake Oroville in Butte County. This is off of the historic Beckwourth Pass which was trailblazed in the mid 1800s by Black mountain man and pioneer James Beckwourth.
