Aerial SoundBath & Hypnosis
​📍 The Hive SF, 1503 Grant Ave SF, CA 94133

November 15th 5-7pm
Cost: $45-Hammocks (8) & $36 Mats (8)

Destress, reset, and find inner peace with relaxing aerial sound bath and liberating hypnosis. Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of a sound bath while floating in the air with aerial yoga hammocks. Veronica will start us off with a guided liberatory hypnosis session to deepen relaxation and tap into the subconscious mind then we will journey deeper as the vibrations of Kim & Nekia wash over us.

No experience necessary - just come with an open mind and willingness to let go! Feel free to contact us if you have any accessibility needs.

Dress comfortably, like for a yoga class or the gym. Eye masks, hammocks, & mats will be provided. Feel free to bring a pillow or blanket if you’d like.

Seeking holistic practitioners, musicians, elders, youth, and LGBTQAI+ who are passionate about cooperative economics, holistic health, accessibility, equity, music, inclusion, &/or community organizing. Over 95% of my offerings are free to the public through partnerships with other organizations. This has allowed me to serve 100's of BIPOC folx in the Bay.

Over the last year more than 40 people have received free services, workshops, AND free instruments including tuning forks and crystal singing bowls.
